Shenzhen Zhongdong Aluminum Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in the Hanhaida Building in Shenzhen, with a clear lifelong career mission of “making curtain walls light up buildings”. The company has determined its business direction, including curtain walls, doors and windows, and steel structures.
We have invited senior professionals in the industry, including Liu Wenli, Xiao Zhijun, Chief Designer, and Wu Ningqun, Chief Engineer, to join the Middle East Curtain Wall team. They have created a goal, plan, decompose, implement, and control system, connecting the entire process of efficient operation from design, procurement, production, construction, to completion, and continuously strengthening the team.
We have successfully obtained the construction of the curtain wall for the Mufanshi Hotel in Macau. Renowned international architect Zaha Hadia designed the curtain wall as a 3D hyperbolic structure, and we have efficiently collaborated to determine the curtain wall as our main business development direction.
With the development of the market, the business has expanded by dozens of technical teams and 20 construction teams. Obtained dual qualifications for steel structure and curtain wall, 10 new patents, and safety construction permits, and operated in a market-oriented manner.
The curtain wall in the ZD has reached a new level. The combat capability of the professional curtain wall design and construction team has been recognized by high-quality customers such as China Railway Group, CIMC Group, and Dazu Laser, and has been honored as its excellent partner. We have successively undertaken high-quality projects such as Jinruixian, Jinkangyuan, China Railway, schools, and office building curtain walls, with a total construction area of over 50000 square meters. In order to meet market demand, we have launched curtain wall maintenance and repair services, forming a one-stop service with curtain wall engineering as the main focus and curtain wall maintenance and repair as a supplement. In the 1990s, Mr. Zeng Bizheng was still an ordinary worker on the curtain wall production line, working day after day with steel and cement, but his heart was always attracted by the aesthetic of the building's exterior facade. At that time, the application of curtain walls in the field of architecture had not yet become popular, but he foresaw its infinite potential with keen insight. In his spare time, he indulges in the few curtain wall cases, savoring how they not only fulfill the functions of the building, but also give the building a luxurious appearance. In 1998, he also participated in the formulation of the implementation standards for the curtain wall industry.
Carrying dreams and meager savings, he bravely embarked on the journey of entrepreneurship. He formed a small curtain wall construction team, consisting mostly of passionate young people like him. In the early stages of entrepreneurship, the difficult conditions are indescribable: there is no fixed office location, and planning can only be done in rudimentary sheds; Equipment is outdated, and manpower has become the main force. However, these difficulties did not stop them from moving forward.
